Use your massager thoughtfully

Read and follow the instructions supplied with the product before first use. Fit the straps so the massager feels secure but comfortable, and stop using it if you experience discomfort, irritation or unusual heat.

Before using

Check the product, straps, controls and power accessories for visible damage. Do not use a damaged product. Keep the massager dry and away from water, and use only the accessories supplied or specified for it.

Heat and personal sensitivity

Take particular care if you have reduced sensitivity to heat. Do not fall asleep while the warming function is operating, and do not use the product in a way that conflicts with the supplied instructions.

When to ask a clinician

If you have an injury, an implanted medical device, a circulatory or neurological condition, reduced heat sensitivity, are pregnant, or are unsure whether the product is suitable for you, ask a qualified clinician before use.

Cleaning and storage

Disconnect the product before cleaning. Follow the supplied care instructions, do not immerse it in water, and allow it to dry fully before storage. Store it in a cool, dry place away from children and pets.
